All transactions are saved. Everything is collected in our Data Warehouse here in Denmark.

Consumption data is useful, especially when negotiating with venues. User behavior is important for deeper insight and the development of Meeting Manager. We monitor every step of the process, and we can deliver insights from the big picture to the smallest details.

Our cross-sectional analyses provide solid input for setting operational company policies.

Flexible rapports

We deliver reports per month, quarter and year. The reports are flexible and we adapt them to your company’s needs.

We are capable of delivering CO2 reports and sustainability reports. And we are of course also capable of delivering all raw data about inquiries, consumption, contract savings, negotiated savings, response times, average costs per meeting participant per hour per meeting location/type and much more.

The reports have all the relevant key figures and through a series of Pivot Tables we can deliver insights into the details. For example, we know the price per participant per hour per postal code in Denmark.
