A classic challenge for this category is: How can we ensure that agreements are visible where they should be: For all meeting planners when they are planning a meeting? And for all venues when they are submitting quotes?
All agreed rates and their associated cancellation/reduction terms are uploaded directly into the module for meeting planners, making them highly visible, both on the search engine and in the individual projects. The prices are of course also visible to suppliers when they are preparing quotes etc.
Meeting Manager also identifies “supplier typos” to ensure that framework agreements are adhered to and applied correctly. This results in better utilization of the framework agreements.
