In most cases, you may have a pretty good idea about which venues you would like to consider for your meeting. And often, one of the standardised meeting packages will be sufficient for you, at least at the early planning stage. And we know that you have got lots of other things to do and that's why we are offering our FAST TRACK option for your requests:
Simply fill out the form and add the venues you are considering and release the request directly. A complete project file is created in the background and you may later add to or edit your request to make sure it fits your needs completely.
Creating a draft project for later release is done the same way, but instead of releasing the request, you save it and can return to continue working with it later.
