Meeting Butler is created for the customers that wish to apply structure to the procurement of off-site meetings without having to be concerned with lengthy implementation plans and changes to existing work processes. But it is also a service to the companies that use the system on a DYI-basis as it can be used on a case-by-case basis.
That means loads of saved work hours, in particular during periods with little supply (congress periods and the like).
Meeting Butler is not free-of-charge, but our data shows that the additional savings it has created not only pays for the use of the service. In fact, on average, the additional savings pay for the entire user of Meeting Manager two-and-a-half times.
